The Power & Style of Perimenopause

Join us for this empowering event featuring keynote speaker and presenter, Chantal Gauthier-Vaillancourt. A long time local mid-wife and educator in the field of women's health and wellness. Chantal has delivered hundreds of babies and has received extensive training in all areas of women's health with her most recent being in the area of Perimenopause and menopause. Her own personal interest in this area being through the experience of perimenopause with some extreme symptoms herself, she believes in empowering women through education in what we will be or are currently going through. Perimenopause in women can begin between the ages of 35-45 years old and every single woman will go through some or even all forms of the symptoms.

Chantal always includes light hearted humour, personal experience, educated training and research in her presentations, promising that you will leave with tools and plenty of ah-ha moments to explain those crazy things you have been going through. Or if you aren't quite there, get ready to be prepared. If you are past the perimenopause stage and into menopause, you too will walk away empowered as plenty of symptoms can still be present into the later years. This presentation is all completely new material, that she has not presented before!

Shelby Eloria with All Set Style has years of experience in the field of personal styling and image consulting, sharing tips that you will be able to implement right away, empowering you with confidence no matter what symptoms you are or will experience!

The perfect ambience with the setting being the McArthur Community Hall, overlooking the lake with big beautiful windows and a large deck. Enjoy your home made spritzer with friends during the event while feeling relaxed, empowered and supported!

Doors open for this matinee event at 12:30 pm.

Event begins at 1 pm ending between 4-5 pm! There is plenty of time for visiting and shopping a select few vendors afterwards as the venue is ours for the day!
